Sectors

A technical delivery structure suited to different field conditions.

For buildings, manufacturing facilities, logistics yards, infrastructure, energy centres and earthworks, we define services around the operating conditions and execution risks of each sector.

Sector-Specific Project Approach

Solutions for the Field

The same work item requires different preparation in a different sector.

Replacing a pipeline in an operating factory is not controlled in the same way as installing it on a greenfield site. A road platform designed for logistics traffic also differs from temporary earthworks access.

We therefore define the service not only by the work item, but by plant operations, existing infrastructure, access, personnel movement, climate, programme and handover expectations.

Application Areas

Project requirements assessed in their sector context.

These headings describe the project and field types we support; they are not presented as completed client references.

01

Sector / Application Area

Buildings and Construction

Multi-discipline delivery support from initial survey through field handover for private buildings, commercial spaces, service buildings and renovation projects.

  • Structural and finishing works
  • Renovation and existing-building adaptations
  • Mechanical and electrical interface coordination
  • Setting-out and as-built surveys
Technical approach

Critical focus: accurate existing-condition surveys, interim inspection of concealed works and resolution of discipline clashes before installation.

02

Sector / Application Area

Manufacturing and Industrial Facilities

Coordinating machinery installation, line relocation, mechanical systems, steelwork, planned maintenance and revision requirements with the production schedule.

  • Machine installation and precision alignment
  • Process and utility piping
  • Planned shutdown and mechanical revision
  • Testing and recommissioning support
Technical approach

Critical focus: energy isolation, dismantling boundaries, lifting routes, installation tolerances and controlled recommissioning.

03

Sector / Application Area

Logistics, Infrastructure and Site Development

Coordination of ground preparation, drainage and access infrastructure for logistics yards, service roads, open storage areas and new development zones.

  • Excavation, fill and site grading
  • Drainage and stormwater networks
  • Service roads and working platforms
  • Volume, level and compaction tracking
Technical approach

Critical focus: ground behaviour, layer-controlled fill, drainage directions, existing utilities and heavy-vehicle movements.

04

Sector / Application Area

Energy Centres and Utility Systems

Maintainable and inspectable mechanical works for boiler rooms, pump stations, heat exchangers, manifolds and internal energy distribution systems.

  • Boiler room field revisions
  • Pump, heat exchanger and manifold arrangement
  • Valve, flange and pipe support systems
  • Pressure and leak testing
Technical approach

Critical focus: operational safety, maintainable access, correct support, flow direction and test records.

05

Sector / Application Area

Earthworks and Survey Operations

Surveying, setting-out, volume calculation and field control services that guide daily production in excavation, fill, slope, platform and utility-line works.

  • Surveyors and geomatics engineers
  • GNSS, total station and levelling surveys
  • Excavation and fill quantities
  • Slope, platform, road and utility setting-out
Technical approach

Critical focus: coordinate and benchmark integrity, daily production records, slope safety and measurement of completed work.

06

Sector / Application Area

Regional Project Organisations

Tender preparation, mobilisation, technical teams, field reporting and handover organisation for projects in Türkiye, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

  • Contract and technical document review
  • Local interfaces and responsibility matrix
  • Mobilisation and technical team planning
  • Progress, quality and handover records
Technical approach

Critical focus: project-specific specifications and permits must be verified with authorised local parties, with responsibility boundaries stated clearly.

Scope Matching

Whatever the sector, we start by looking for the same core information.

01

Existing conditions Is it an operating plant, greenfield site, renovation or ongoing construction?

02

Technical output Do you need execution, survey, personnel, consultancy or a handover file?

03

Programme constraint What is the target date, shutdown window, shift or mobilisation period?

04

Field interface Are there existing utilities, production, traffic, permit or lifting constraints?
