Services and Scope

01 What types of projects do you support?

We support construction and renovation, industrial facilities, machinery installation, mechanical piping, planned maintenance and revision, infrastructure and roadworks, earthworks, surveying and technical staffing requirements. The final scope is defined after the project documents and existing site conditions have been reviewed.

02 Do I need separate enquiries if one project requires several services?

No. Select the primary requirement on the project form and list the remaining items in the description. During the initial technical review, construction, mechanical, survey, staffing and consultancy requirements can be organised into a coordinated work package.

03 Can you issue a firm quotation without a site survey?

A scope may be developed from documents when sufficient, verifiable project information is available. A site survey may be required for existing facilities, renovation works, uncertain quantities or complex site interfaces. The need for a survey and any applicable conditions are stated before quotation.

04 Do you provide urgent maintenance or field response?

After the requirement has been assessed for safety, personnel and equipment availability, and site access, we provide the earliest practical mobilisation plan. No guaranteed response time or fault resolution is offered before the initial assessment.

Technical Staffing and Regional Delivery

05 Which technical personnel can you provide?

Our core scope includes surveyors, geomatics engineers, survey crews and technical field personnel. Engineering, installation and maintenance teams may also be planned to match the project scope. Headcount, roles, experience, equipment, shifts and reporting expectations should be stated in the enquiry.

06 Can personnel be supplied for short assignments?

Yes. Project-based planning can range from daily or short-term survey support to longer field assignments. Duration, working hours, mobilisation and site conditions are defined separately in the proposal.

07 Do you work directly in Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain?

We provide technical preparation, consultancy, team planning and field organisation support for projects in these countries. Local work permits, visas, licences, engineering sign-off and authority approvals must be verified with authorised local parties for each project and are not automatically included in our scope.

08 Are travel, accommodation and work permits included?

This depends on the country and project duration. Transport, accommodation, local transfers, insurance, visas and work-permit responsibilities are stated separately in the proposal and responsibility matrix.

Quotations, Programme and Documents

09 What information do you need to prepare a quotation?

The essential information is the work location, a short scope description, current site status, target start date and required service. Drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, equipment lists, site photographs and employer procedures will accelerate the review when available.

10 How do you determine pricing?

Pricing depends on work items, quantities, technical complexity, personnel and equipment requirements, duration, shift pattern, access, logistics and handover obligations. For that reason, a standard total price is not stated before documents or site conditions have been reviewed.

11 How soon can you start?

The start date depends on scope clarification, personnel and equipment availability, material lead times, site access and required permits. If the target date is stated in the enquiry, a realistic mobilisation plan is provided after technical review.

12 How are scope changes managed during the work?

The technical, programme and resource effects of the change are recorded. Additional or modified works requiring employer approval are separated from the existing scope and assessed before execution.

Question Category

Experience, Documents and Communication

13 Are the works on the Field Experience page Bionertech completion references?

The page describes previous professional field experience gained by the founder and technical team in different periods and organisations. When projects contracted and completed by Bionertech become available, they will be published under a separate category with verifiable scope information.

14 Where can I see company certificates and documents?

Only documents whose validity, relationship to the company and publication permission have been verified are published. The site does not display an empty certificate list when no verified file is available. You may request a specific document; suitability for sharing will be checked separately.

15 Does the website store the information entered in the quote form?

The current form does not save information to a server database. Your entries are converted into a structured message in your browser, and you complete the submission after WhatsApp opens. Data sent through WhatsApp is then subject to the platform’s and the parties’ communication processes.

16 What is the quickest way to contact you?

For non-urgent project and quotation enquiries, the structured Project Enquiry form is the best starting point. For short questions, technical staffing or document requests, use the prepared WhatsApp links on the Contact page.
