Our Approach
Every construction assignment is assessed against the employer’s requirements, existing site, ground and access conditions, project documents, quantities, budget, duration, procurement lead times and operating constraints.
Before execution begins, work packages, responsibilities, discipline interfaces, long-lead items, inspection points and acceptance criteria are clarified. The project-specific system for tracking approvals, technical queries and revisions is also defined.
The objective is not merely to complete the physical work, but to establish the correct sequence, reduce rework, carry out quality and safety controls throughout execution, and verify the handed-over scope through current records.

The final scope is confirmed against the project documents and site review, then aligned with the work programme.

Surveying existing conditions, identifying systems to be protected and phasing the work around operational continuity.
Managing water, heat and air transfer through junctions, substrate preparation and execution details as well as material selection.
Technical Management
The project-specific method and record level are defined by the contract and employer procedures. Systems or certifications that are not actually in use are not presented as though they were.
Approved documents, materials, competent teams and inspection points are defined before work begins; interim inspections, test results, nonconformities and corrections are recorded.
Risks relating to access, lifting, excavation, work at height, hot work, electricity, energy isolation and site traffic are assessed for each task and work area.
Long-lead materials, technical approvals, production and shipment dates are linked to the master programme; delivery, storage and lifting conditions are planned before arrival.
Drawings, technical documents, field decisions, revisions and approval status are tracked in a defined record system; BIM or a common data environment is mentioned only when it forms part of the actual project scope.
Testing, Handover and Close-Out
A system that appears complete is not necessarily ready for handover. Acceptance criteria, test records, punch lists and close-out files are completed against the agreed scope.
Verification through defined tests and records that systems meet their design and operating requirements.
Joint handover of physical works, technical information and responsibility records in accordance with the contract scope.
